Celebrating the 25th Anniversary of M.A.D.D. Rhythms, the 2026 Chicago Tap Summit returns October 2–4 with a powerhouse weekend featuring master classes, a tap history bus tour, food and merch vendors, interactive rooms and activities, and two world premieres: Bril Barrett’s Oscar Plays Gershwin and Tre Dumas’ My Personal Stash. The Summit also includes the highly anticipated premiere of the Beyond A Shuffle documentary, bringing Chicago’s tap community together for an unforgettable celebration of legacy, innovation, and intergenerational rhythm.
